Alta Nova hosts an open house on Saturday
Alta Nova, the new apartment building at 5851 Columbia Pike in Bailey’s Crossroads, invites the public to an open house on March 22, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., with mimosas and pastries. Book a tour here.

Who’d want to live in that architectural monstrosity. Looks like a good wind would blow it down. This style is being built all over the county and is hideous

The storage facility on east side of Edsall road @ 395 has much more class
One glance at the Alta Nova website and you can see why they’re having problems attracting renters. They’re gonna charge you $500 for “community amenities” whether you use them or not, They *might* charge you $20 monthly for trash pickup. They *might* charge you $75 a month for internet, they *might* charge you $175 a month to park, they *might* charge you $500 upfront and another $50 a month if you have a pet. Strong pass, thanks.
