Homebuilder gets 12-year sentence for fraud
Richard Tadlock, a homebuilder who scammed customers out of millions of dollars, was sentenced on Sept. 10 to 12 years of incarceration for fraud, the office of Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano reports.
