Annandale area schools participating in summer meals program

Twenty-eight Fairfax County public schools, including 13 in Annandale/Mason District, are taking part
in the U.S. Department of Agriculture-funded summer food service program.
This program ensures that students who qualify for a free or
reduced-price meal during the school can also have access to a free, nutritious
breakfast, lunch, or both during the summer.The Fairfax County school meal program serves approximately
44,000 children during the school; many of them don’t have a consistent source
of nutritious meals during the summer.  

Here’s the schedule for the summer food program at the
following Annandale/Mason District schools.
Elementary schools
Bailey’s—June 25-July 20, breakfast 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30
a.m.-noon.
Beech Tree—July 23-Aug.10, breakfast 8:50-9:15 a.m.
Belvedere—July 9-Aug. 17, breakfast 9:15 a.m.-10 a.m.
Braddock—July 9-27, breakfast 8:30-9 a.m., lunch 11:15
a.m.-noon.
Bren Mar Park—July 30-Aug. 17, breakfast 8:15-8:45 a.m.
Glen Forest—July 16-Aug. 3, breakfast 9-9:30 a.m.
Graham Road—July 9-Aug. 3, breakfast 8-8:30 a.m.
Parklawn—July 30-Aug. 17, breakfast 8:15-8:45 a.m.
Middle schools
Glasgow—July 23-Aug. 17, breakfast 9-9:20 a.m., lunch
11:45-a.m.-12:15 p.m.
Holmes—July 16-Aug. 10, breakfast 9-9:30 a.m., lunch 11:25
