Annandale building project nears completion

Construction on the former Palace restaurant building and a
new building next to it on Little River Turnpike in Annandale are proceeding, despite the significant lifestyle
changes in effect due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The project has been delayed for about four years due to a
legal dispute, but that seems to have been resolved in favor of Steve Lee, the
owner of the buildings.

The Palace building will be split into three or four
separate tenants, says Lee. The other building, attached to the Casa de Campo restaurant,
is expected to have three tenants. Lee isn’t ready to announce any of the future tenants yet, although at least some of them are expected to be restaurants.
