Annandale home sells for $1.9 million

Among the 52 homes sold in Annandale (zip code 22003) in May, a home in the Mill Creek Park subdivision sold for the highest amount – $1.9 million. The house at 3819 Hillcrest Drive, built in 2007, has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The listing price was $1,995,900.
Another property that exceeded $1 million was a brand-new house at 3721 Spicewood Drive in Woodburn Heights that sold for $1,063,600. A 2004 house at 7385 Rodeo Court, off Annandale Road, sold for $950,000.
Among other properties sold in May were two houses in the Strathmeade Springs community, including a home on 8424 Hayden Lane that sold for $360,000 and one on 8410 Tobin Road that went for $482,000.
Five properties were sold in the Fairfax Heritage complex, at Americana Drive, including a townhouse that went for $190,000 and four garden units that sold for $94,500, $104,000, $129,000, and $145,000.
