Annandale man arrested for burglary

A 55-year-old Annandale man is facing burglary charges after a resident confronted the man inside his home in the 5500 block of Belfast Place in North Springfield on May 23, the Fairfax County Police Department reports.

Police officers found the suspect trying to get away in a car, initiated a traffic stop, and arrested Stephen Anderson for burglary. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
