A 55-year-old man has been arrested and charged with four felony offenses committed while performing a massage at the Annandale Gerontology Clinic, the Fairfax County Police Department reports.

The victim had gone to the clinic, at 4216 Evergreen Lane, Suite 121, for treatment. During the massage, the man, who is an unlicensed masseuse, unlawfully fondled her breasts and penetrated her vagina. The victim was able to stop the assault, left the business, and reported the incident.

Detectives from the Major Crimes Bureau identified the masseuse as Kyung Pil Chang, of Haymarket. On March 25, detectives obtained three warrants of aggravated sexual battery, one warrant for object sexual penetration, and one for practicing as an unlicensed masseuse.

Chang turned himself in to the Adult Detention Center on March 25, where he is being held without bond.

During the investigation, detectives learned Chang was contracted for several other businesses in Fairfax County. Detectives are working to identify other potential locations.
