And just think guys, real estate is on the rise despite all those darn brown people parking on lawns and "ruining" your community!

Rising tide lifts all boats. Not all of Annandale is in Mason District.
This ugly mcmansion looks like Downton Abbey gone bad! What a tasteless piece of crap.
Thanks for pointing that out because that individual would be able to find a negative aspect in his or her mind, even if this was an article about humans achieving world peace.
Ellie I know that there are some better houses in this area to showcase for Annandale. Can you please pick some houses that are less garish. There is a really nice new renovation (my opinion) and a rather large one on Sleepy Hollow Road; sort of green taupe and unusual on a corner plot. This may be a much better example of how we may want to be represented.
Thank you, a concerned neighbor that would love for Annandale to have some good PR.
I have no problem with the first house. I think it just needs some landscaping and trees but I know nothing about it other than the outside. I have seen MUCH more hideous McMansion's.

There are also some very nice tear downs/renovations being done on Kerns Road….really lovely Arts and Crafts style homes.
Looks like they ran out of money when they bought the front entry doors.
This house is not in the location they claim
What do you mean it is not in the location they claim. This house is on Vellex Lane in the Wilburdale Neighborhood. I know because I drive past it a few times every day.
Are you sure it's not at the intersection of Gaudy St. and Tacky Ln.?
No, I think it at the corner of Steroid St. and Hemorrhoid Boulevard.
The new homes in the old Campbell & Ferrara site are really lovely in & out and ought to be for the $800.000 and up price tag. Several are already inhabited.
This happens because we have great public officials taking care of our business, thanks to Supervisors and our School committee.
