Annandale restaurant makes its own tofu
The Stone, a relatively new restaurant in Seoul Plaza, at 4231H Markham Street, is different from most other Korean restaurants in Annandale: They make their own tofu daily.
Tofu is made from soybeans in a multistep process. The Stone posted a video here.

The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Korean entrees, including barbecue, soup, and hot pots. Stone House spokesperson Luna Lee recommends the LA galbi (short rib beef marinated with house sauce), grilled fish, and bulgogi cooked on the table.
Indoor dining is available, as well as carryout. The restaurant takes the place of Blue Sand Seafood and has the same owner.
