Annandale will get another phone store
Central Annandale has at least a dozen cell phone stores,
but it doesn’t have a T-Mobile dealer. That will change soon. A T-Mobile store
is expected to open, in mid-January at the earliest, at 7262 Columbia Pike in a
building that used to house the U.S. Tae Kwon Do College. The owner of the new store is looking for a tenant to
sublease a 1,200-square foot space in the building.

Businesses in that location historically haven't lasted very long; the parking stinks.
The auto parts store was there for a long time.
