Attempted robbery in Annandale

A car
drove up beside them at about 11:45 p.m. near the Killebrew Drive intersection in the Ravensworth-Bristow neighborhood,
causing her to stop. Two men exited; one of them displayed a gun and demanded
money. The passenger began honking the horn, and the two suspects fled in their
car.
One
suspect was described as black or Middle Eastern, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with
a light complexion and a thin build. He was wearing a black jacket. The other
suspect could only be described as wearing an orange jacket. This incident was
not reported until Jan. 10.
