Bank robber hits M&T Bank in Annandale

The M&T Bank at 7857 Heritage Drive in Annandale was robbed at about 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22, reports a bulletin from the West Springfield Police District. The suspect presented a note to a 21-year-old female teller that implied he had a weapon. He fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries.
The suspect was described as black, in his 20s to 30s, approximately 6 feet tall with an athletic build. He was wearing a gray sport coat, a black fedora, sunglasses, and white sneakers. The police helicopter and a K9 team responded to the scene.

This is why the schools were on lock down yesterday morning. This guy should be fairly easy to find. He appears to be on the phone making him easier to track. "Sorry I can not talk right now I am robbing a bank in Annandale."
