Beanetics displays works by local artists

What goes together better than contemplating art while
enjoying a nice cup of coffee? That’s the inspiration for the art shows at Beanetics Coffee Roasters.

The Annandale coffee shop (7028 Columbia Pike) is featuring
paintings by Madeline Paul through Aug. 31. Her show, titled “Sunrise to
Sunset,” includes landscapes, seascapes, and personal expressions. Prices range
from $100 to $200.
The recent graduate of Oakton High School, appearing at a
reception in her honor at Beanetics Aug. 4, said she is thrilled to  have her first solo exhibition. She will be
moving to Richmond later this month to study art at Virginia Commonwealth University.
The Beanetics art shows are coordinated by artist/art
therapist Jennifer Judelsohn of Neshama Soulworks Studio in Merrifield.
Judelson says the monthly shows, titled “Evolution of Art” tie in nicely with
Beanetics’ theme, “the evolution of coffee.”
