A two-bedroom apartment. |
A tour of the building, hosted by sales and marketing
associate Amy Parada, included a 730-square foot one-bedroom apartment that
rents for $2,115 a month. Like all the units in the building, it has a washer
and dryer, stainless steel General Electric appliances, granite counters,
laminate floors, and track lighting.

It is very nice to see non-slum lord run apartments in that area, and with retail, too. This is more of what Mason District needs.
Not Mason District — but close! It is Providence District.
The only prime market for slum lord apartments and boarding houses is in the area is in Mason District, its the Mason Mecca! Want to live in a slum come to Mason District.
Which explains how/why it got built. Could never happen in Pennyland… as long as she's around.
Holy crap! Get. A. Grip. Fantastic development literally right across the street and all you can do is whine!!!
I work right next door in the towers, so I'm excited for the prospect of additional eating options within walking distance without having to traverse 7 corners. Black Squirrel sounds interesting… Wonder if they serve squirrel as an option (just kidding).
$3,460 a month for 1,500 sq ft and 2 BRs in seven corners?!?! seems pricey to me.
this same development in Mason would have gotten a Taco Bell/KFC instead.
