Taste of Annandale
The 2024 Taste of Annandale was a huge success. This year’s event was in a new location, the Eileen Garnett Civic Space at 7200 Columbia Pike.
There were more than 100 vendors, including restaurants, food trucks, other food vendors, local businesses, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and crafters.
The entertainment lineup showcased the diverse cultures of the community. There was also a 5K race, children’s performances and activities, a pet contest, and a community art project.
The event was hosted by the Annandale-Mason Roundtable, a nonprofit made up of local stakeholders.
The Taste of Annandale Planning Committee is co-chaired by Joe Do, president of the Annandale Rotary Club, and Anna Ko, executive vice president of the Korean American Association of the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.
The event couldn’t have happened without the support of our 15 sponsors, especially, our Platinum-level sponsors – Scarlet Haven Residential Services, Virginia Players Alliance, and Westminster School.
The Roundtable thanks ACCA Child Development Center Executive Director Isabel Ballivian for organizing the children’s program, Bianca Robles of RAMP Optimal Performance & Wellness for organizing the Taste of Annandale 5K, realtor Jamie DeSimone for organizing the pet contest, and Commonwealth Brewing Co., for providing the beer.
The event couldn’t have happened without the support of the Mason Police District, Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services, the county’s Community Revitalization Section, Celebrate Fairfax!, and the many volunteers who kept things running smoothly.
Details on the 2025 Taste of Annandale will be announced soon.
