Bol Market, a new shop selling products from Bolivia, opened
July 6 in the former Annandale Hardware storefront at 4711 Backlick Road in

The store doesn’t have a complete inventory yet, and air
conditioning will be installed in a couple of weeks, says the owner, Cristian
Montecinos, who immigrated at age 6 from the town of Eterasama in the
Cochabamba area of Bolivia.

It’s open daily 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and 11-6 on Sundays.
Annandale Hardware, a small mom-and-pop store, closed nearly
a year ago after being in business for some 40 years.
