Boys invited to an open house for Cub Scout Pack 150
Cub Scouts in Pack 150 enjoy an outing before the pandemic. |
All boys in kindergarten through fourth grade and their parents are invited to a Scouting Night and Open House to learn about Cub Scout Pack 150 and the fun programs Scouting has to offer.
The event is Monday, April 26, 6-8 p.m., at Mason District Park in Annandale. Follow the signs to the pavilion by the tennis courts. Pack 150 is planning a fun STEM activity and there will be giveaways for everyone who joins the pack. Please wear a face mask.
Cub Scouts teaches young boys about camping, first aid, citizenship, and accomplishing projects through such activities as the Pinewood Derby, day camps, and family outings.
Over the past 75 years, Cub Scout Pack 150 has been creating memories, providing fun outdoor opportunities, and instilling outstanding character values in Annandale’s young boys. That makes Pack 150, chartered by the Annandale United Methodist Men’s Fellowship, the oldest Cub Scout Pack in Annandale and one of the oldest in Fairfax County.
During that time, Pack 150 has been steadfast in serving the community through a myriad of service projects benefiting organizations across the region.
