Braddock Road beltway exit closures planned

You might want to avoid the Braddock Road beltway exit this weekend, as there will be lane closures to accommodate the HOT lanes construction project. The Braddock Road eastbound exit ramp to I-495 south will be closed April 9, 9:30 p.m.-April 12, 5 a.m., to allow construction crews to relocate utilities. Police will direct traffic.

Two more weekend Braddock Road exit ramp closures will be needed to complete the utility relocation: The westbound exit to I-495 north will be closed the weekend of April 16-19, and the I-495 north exit to Braddock Road westbound will be closed the weekend of April 24-26.
