Christmas holiday schedule

Fairfax County government offices close Dec. 24 at noon and will be closed Dec. 25 and 26. The courts are closed Dec. 24-26. Libraries are closed Dec. 24 and noon and are closed Dec. 25 and 26.

RECenters and parks are closed Dec. 25 and operate on a regular schedule on Dec. 26. RECenters close at noon on Dec. 24. Green Spring Gardens and Hidden Oaks Nature Center are closed Dec. 24.

Fairfax Connector operates on a regular weekday schedule on Dec. 24, on a Sunday schedule on Dec. 25, and on a holiday weekday schedule on Dec. 26. Fastran is not in service Dec. 24-26.

Community centers close at noon on Dec. 24, are closed Dec. 25, and are open Dec. 26. Teen and senior centers close at noon on Dec. 24 and are closed Dec. 25 and 26.

There will be no Fairfax trash and recycling collection on Dec. 25. Thursday customers will have their trash and recyclables collected on Dec. 26.

Public schools are on winter break Dec. 22-Jan. 2.
