Coffee/sandwich shop to open in Annandale
A coffee and sandwich shop, called Coffee & Bread, is expected to open in Annandale in January.
The standalone building, at 7109 Columbia Pike, has been empty since December 2023 when Tobacco Luxe closed.

Good luck to this new shop. I’m happy we have something additive to the community other than another vape shop. I will definitely check it out.

I love it! We need more classy, affluent-ish businesses that enhance the vibe of the area. Close the vape and cigar shops.

Sounds exciting. We have had to many chicken places and vape shops. Looking forward to it
3 coffee shops within a stones throw… this one, Dunkin, Beanetics, and a little further, Cafe V, and Tous Les Jours… there may be more, but f a r better than a chicken place or vape shop……….
