Couple arrested on weapons, drug charges

Fairfax County police arrested two people Sept. 9,
around 1:15 a.m. in the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike, near Landmark Plaza, for weapon
violations and drug possession.

When police officers stopped a white Ford Focus
for not having a license plate, the driver provided a fake driver’s license.

A search of the vehicle netted ammunition, and a
passenger was found to be a convicted felon. When police searched the driver and
passengers at their nearby hotel room, they found a handgun and controlled substances.

Ryan Morgan, 27 years old, of no fixed address, was
charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of firearms while
in possession of certain controlled substances, and possession of a firearm by
a convicted felon. Sydimon Holloway, 18, of Augusta, Ga., was charged
with identity theft and driving without a license.
There is not a dumpster big enough in that part of town to put all the trash that resides there.
