Craft Gallery: Annandale’s hidden gem

The Craft Gallery of Artisans United at the Fred M. Packard Center in one of Annandale’s hidden gems. The tiny shop has jewelry, ceramics, woodcarvings, knitted items, fabric art, pottery, photography, and other high-quality crafts on display and available for purchase. Artisans United is a nonprofit organization that serves as a network for local artists and crafts people.


The Craft Gallery is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 12-4 p.m. on Sunday. It is closed Mondays.

The Packard Center, at 4022 Hummer Road, next to Hidden Oaks Nature Center and Annandale Community Park, also serves as the home for several organizations, including the Arts Council of Fairfax County, Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Associations, Fairfax Choral Society, American Youth Philharmonic Orchestras, and the Japanese Americans’ Care Fund.
