Craft Gallery of Artisans United invites community to annual holiday show

As the holiday shopping season gets underway, do you want to avoid malls and instead search for a one-of-a-kind handmade gift?

The Craft Gallery of Artisans United has what you’re looking for. The shop is located at the Packard Center, 4022 Hummer Road, Annandale, close to Annandale Community Park and the Hidden Oaks Nature Center. 

The public is invited to a reception Saturday, Nov. 6, 1-3 p.m., for the opening of the gallery’s annual holiday show. The holiday show runs through Dec. 31.

Among the items you’ll find: wooden boxes, glass art, baby blankets, stuffed animals, jewelry, pottery, toys, and much more. 

You won’t run into supply chain problems here, as everything is made by local artisans. 

Expanded hours take effect Monday, Nov. 1: The shop will be open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. on Sunday.
