ingredients (like vegetables and tofu), select a meat (beef, pork, lamb, or
seafood), a spice level, and various add-ons (rice, vermicelli, egg, tofu, or
additional vegetables) to be cooked at your table.

The Little Dipper is not part of a chain. In fact it’s the
first restaurant opened by Kevin Liu, says his niece Rebecca Lam, who serves as
manager.
