A new building planned for dental offices is going up at 4800 Cherokee Avenue at the corner of Little River Turnpike, next to McEvoy Insurance & Financial Services.

The building replaces a single-family house that was used for commercial purposes, including a fortune teller at one time. The property is zoned C-2.
