Details finalized for 5K Diamond Dash Fun Run tomorrow

Be extra careful pulling out of your driveways and driving
around the neighborhood Saturday morning. The 5K Diamond Dash Fun Run, an event
that is part of the Taste of Annandale, will take place on streets in Sleepy
Hollow Woods, Columbia Pines, and Broyhill Crest 8:30-9:30 a.m.

It’s not too late to participate in the Fun Run.
Registration is on-site only, at the church, beginning at 7:45 a.m. Only adults
can register, but children can run or walk, too. The registration is $5, cash
only, and includes a t-shirt. Registrations can also buy a $5 raffle ticket for a chance to win a half-carat
diamond from Taste of Annandale sponsor Lambros Goldsmiths.

 Two raffle winners
will be announced on the stage at the Taste of Annandale festival at about 10
a.m. This community event – with food, music, and more – is 10 a.m.-8 p.m. along Tom Davis
Drive.
