Detours announced for Annandale buses

Beginning this Sunday, the route 401 and 402 Fairfax Connector buses, which serve Annandale, will detour, due to construction at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Route 401 (northbound) buses will detour via Woodburn Road to serve a new on-site bus stop at Parking Lot #9 south of the main entrance.

Route 402 (southbound) buses will serve an existing on-street bus stop along Gallows Road adjacent to the emergency entrance. Route 402 passengers should exit buses at stops along Gallows Road to reach Fairfax Hospita.

Passengers transferring to Metrobus Route 1A or 1C service should use the new on-site bus stop at Parking Lot #9.
