Dog dies in house fire
A fire has totally destroyed a home in the 3200 block of Dashiell Road in the Falls Church area of Mason District.
A deceased dog was found inside the home, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department reports. The man who lives there was transported to the hospital.
