Fire truck crashes into church entrance

A fire truck knocked down a column holding up the roof over an entrance at Capital Baptist Church at 3504 Gallows Road in Annandale causing the roof to come crashing down.

The incident happened during the church’s Community Day event on March 19. The Annandale Volunteer Fire Department was there to give kids a close-up look at a fire truck. No one was hurt, other than a few scrapes, says Senior Pastor Steve Reynolds.
