John Marr Drive, Annandale, invites the public to a Happy Hips Clinic Saturday,
Feb. 10, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

The clinic is free but a $10 donation is recommended to
support the Annandale Volunteer Fire Department.
The clinic will feature the PR S7RONG holistic approach for
maintaining hip health, focusing on mobility, pelvic strength, core strength, posture,
and nutrition. People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to come and
learn prevention strategies to avoid joint replacement surgery, better ways to
heal body after surgery, and all-around fitness tips. Free snacks for
healthy joints will be available.

Wear comfortable clothing and stay after the clinic for a
complimentary consultation with one of the PR performance coaches.

PR Performance Fitness is also hosting an Olympics
competition Feb. 10-24 sponsored by the Couts Group – Coldwell Banker.

Two-person teams can earn points for completing daily
workouts, submitting videos of their workouts, and attending challenge classes.
Winners will receive gold, silver, or bronze metals, plus gift certificates for PR Performance Fitness and local restaurants.

The entry fee is $20 per two-person team, with the proceeds
to benefit the local police station. Competitors can register online or in person at PR Performance Fitness.
