Giant offers walk-in COVID vaccinations

Giant pharmacies are now offering walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations at stores in the D.C. region Mondays and Tuesdays, 6-9 a.m. 

People planning to arrive at 9 a.m. or later should schedule an appointment. There is no cost for the vaccines but people are asked to bring a driver’s license or state ID and a health insurance card. Second doses will be automatically scheduled. 

The Giant website lists which vaccine is offered at individual stores, including the following: 

• Store #233, 7235 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, (at Graham Road) – Moderna.
• Store #249, 6980 Braddock Road, Annandale – Johnson & Johnson.
• Store #749, 7137 Columbia Pike,  Annandale – Pfizer.
• Store #780, 3480 S. Jefferson St., Bailey’s Crossroads – Pfizer.
• Store #2747, 6200 Little River Turnpike, Lincolnia – Pfizer.
