Gold’s Gym opens in Bailey’s Crossroads
Gold’s Gym is now open at 5718 Columbia Pike in Bailey’s Crossroads.
There will be a grand opening on Oct. 9, noon-1 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting, food, membership deals, free classes, and prizes for members, including those who sign up on that day.
The gym has relocated from its former location on Carlin Springs Road to the former HHGregg store.
The new Gold’s is larger, at 30,000 square feet, and has about 100 new Matrix exercise machines, a turf area, and four studios for live classes and virtual group exercise classes. The studios specialize in cross-fit-type training, building muscle, burning fat, and fitness.
There’s also a child-minding room for ages 2 and up available 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for $10.
For information on memberships, call 703-820-4653.
The exercise machines are spaced farther apart to protect patrons during the COVID pandemic. Masks are optional. People entering the gym are asked whether they have been vaccinated.
So happy Gold's is here in Baileys. Just joined, For once we get something that does not just serve the underclass. I was afraid Penny would make it a Homeless Hotel and scare all the other retailers away. She is know for doing that.
Yes this is good news. I was fearing a Super TitleMax.
