Halloween fun tonight at the Annandale Shopping Center

Are you brave enough to enter the Haunted Village?

Visitors to the “Haunted Village of Annandale” will find
scary versions of a pizza shop, barber shop, jail, movie theater, witches
graveyard, and more – with local residents in costume – in the open area between
the two sections of Annandale Shopping Center on Columbia Pike.

The display, sponsored by the Annandale Chamber of Commerce,
is a fun Halloween activity for children old enough to appreciate the scary side of the holiday. It’s tonight, tomorrow and next Friday and Saturday,  6-9 p.m. Admission is $10; ask for discount
tickets in any of the stores in the shopping center. [If they want to be really
scary, they should have a title lender.]

The annual Annandale Parade, also sponsored by the chamber,
is tomorrow, starting at 10 a.m. along Columbia Pike. For the first time in many years, the chamber isn’t hosting a Fall Festival in conjunction with the parade.
