Hapmudo hosts kids event to raise money for Japan

Bring your kids to a fun day of activities at Annandale’s Hapmudo martial arts center Sunday, April 10, and help Japan relief efforts at the same time.

There will a moon bounce, crafts, games, give-a-ways, and food. The event takes place 2-6 p.m. at Hapmudo’s after-school program facility at 4127 Meadow Court, Annandale.

The cost is $30 per child, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Red Cross for Japanese victims of the earthquake and tsunami.

You can also drop off a donation at Hapmudo Master Michael Lee’s studio at 7036 Columbia Pike, Annandale. Donors can pick out a Pokemon to hang on the studio mirror with their name on it.
