House on Evergreen Lane expected to be redeveloped

There are plans to replace the small brick house at 4217
Evergreen Lane, Annandale, with a larger, two-story building. Dr. Quan Nguyen,
a physician, has been seeing patients in the building since he purchased it in
1984. The house was built in 1941. It’s early in the process; no
plans have been filed with Fairfax County yet.
