Incheon Restaurant now open in Annandale

Incheon Restaurant, now open at 7118 Columbia Pike in
Annandale features Korean cuisine with an international flavor.

Here’s how owner Justin Ahn describes it:

“We
at Incheon Restaurant focus on Korean ingredients and dishes, but diners will
see influences from abroad. Given that Incheon is a burgeoning city with an
underlying international influence, we found it a perfect example of the mix of
cultures. As a chef-driven restaurant, our offerings will often vary depending
on the seasons and fresh ingredients. Our experience revolves around communal
dining: shareable plates. We believe that food is not owned by a specific city,
culture, or cuisine, but rather, is ever-evolving and blending.” 

According
to restaurant’s website, it’s only open 6-11 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and
