It’s a dog’s world

We all know how hard it is to get volunteers to run community associations. Unsuspecting residents of the Hillbrook-Tall Oaks community in Annandale elected a dog, Beatha Lee, as president, the Washington Post reports Feb. 18.  Beatha is the pet of former president Mark Crawford, who had served three consecutive terms and can’t run again. So what’s on your agenda, Beatha? More dog parks? The end of leash laws? A ban on cats?
