Jaguars vs. Atoms in Mosaic Bowl
The second annual Mosaic Bowl, a football game featuring
the Falls Church Jaguars and Annandale Atoms, takes place Friday, Sept. 5, at
Falls Church High School. The game is sponsored by the merchants of the Mosaic District in Merrifield and the Falls Church Jaguar Boosters. Pre-game festivities begin at 6 p.m., with the kick-off at
7:30.

FCHS, the defending Conference 13 football champion, had an
8-4 season last year, including a first playoff win in over 30 years. When
the Jags and Atoms played last year, the Jags won, 43-29. During the 2013 Mosaic Bowl, FCHS beat McLean High School in
the final 22 seconds of the game with an 80-yard touchdown.
