Jerusalem restaurant to add a new location

The future home of the Jerusalem restaurant at 3400A Leesburg Pike. 

The Jerusalem Restaurant is opening a second location, in the new shopping center on the corner of Leesburg Pike and Washington Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads. Its across the street from its original spot at 3405 Payne St.

The original Jerusalem will focus on seafood.

Nahed Rosol, the manager, hopes the new place could open by mid-October. Jerusalem specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine, including hummus, falafel, kabobs, lamb, couscous, and the like, and has a solid selection of sweets. The new restaurant will also have beer and wine.

The current restaurant, renamed Jerusalem Seafood, will focus on fresh fish with Middle Eastern spices, although it will retain everything on the current menu. Diners will be able to choose a fish and decide how it should be cooked. Jerusalem also does catering.
