Joseph’s Coat moving to central Annandale

Joseph’s Coat
Joseph’s Coat, the thrift store run by Bethany House of Northern Virginia, is moving from its Falls Church location on Annandale Road near the Arlington Boulevard intersection to central Annandale. Its new home will be the building at 7219 Columbia Pike formerly occupied by Fairfax Auto Parts. Proceeds from the clothing, furniture, and other items sold at Joseph’s Coat benefit Bethany House, a nonprofit organization that provides shelter to victims of domestic abuse.
As part of an expansion of Bill Page Honda, the car dealership has gotten approval from Fairfax County to tear down the aging shopping center where Joseph’s Coat is located and replace it with a new commercial strip. Joseph’s Coat is expected to close at the end of January and reopen in the new location in early April.

  1. Yes, I second that! I love love love this store. I have gotten such great things here. I was so sad when I heard they lost the lease and couldn't find anywhere to go – and alas you have done it again Annandale Blog – letting us know about this unique tid-bit of information that is so important to locals in the Mason District. Thank You for all you do!!!!!
