Man arrested in Seven Corners for inappropriate touching

A Falls Church-area man was arrested on Saturday, July 20, after he allegedly exposed and touched himself inappropriately in a county park in Seven Corners, the Mason Police District reported July 30. The incident occurred at about 10 a.m. at the 6300 block of Munson Hill Road near a condominium complex. Police arrested Shahid Bashir, 31, of 3235 Apex Circle in Falls Church. He was charged with actual or simulated masturbation in a public place.
