Man exposes himself to teen girls

Two teenage girls waiting for their rides near Justice High School Sept. 24 were subjected to a man who exposed himself and made lewd gestures, the Fairfax County Police Department reports.
The incident happened near Peace Valley Lane and Diamond Drive at 1:45 p.m. The suspect was in a black Toyota Prius, with his passenger window open. The car had lightly tinted windows and possibly had a ride-sharing decal in one of the rear passenger windows.
He was described as Hispanic, about 50 years old with a medium to chubby build. He was wearing a beige shirt with a large black stripe across the top.
The girls reported the incident to their school resource officer. There have been no reports of similar incidents.
“Our staff is committed to providing a safe environment for all students and other persons who use the Justice High School building,” Eck wrote. “Safety and security personnel monitor the building and grounds including the parking lots.”
“Talk with your son or daughter and urge him or her to always be aware of surroundings and to avoid any seemingly dangerous situations,” Eck advised parents. “Students should travel in pairs whenever possible and immediately report any suspicious cars or people in the vicinity of the school.”
