man is in critical condition after a shooting inside the Viva Tequila
restaurant at Landmark Plaza on Little River Turnpike in Lincolnia, the Fairfax County Police Department reports.

officers responded to the report of a shooting at about 9:30 p.m., Jan. 1, they
found a man inside a bathroom with life-threating injuries. He had been shot in the abdomen.

suspect nearby, and Edwin Lopez Rivas, 35, of Alexandria, was charged with
aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a
felony.

Police do not believe the shooting was random.

a pellet gun in the 6000 block of Bellview Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads at about
8 p.m. on Dec. 31. The man was taken to the hospital but his injuries are not
considered life-threatening. There is no description of the suspect.

This has become at least a weakly occurrence in Mason/Lincolnia area. We are inundated with garbage.
I'd argue that it's a strongly occurrence (great, but unnecessary, use of Olde English btw). Also, were inundated with glass recycling, not garbage.
