Meet candidates at a forum tonight in Annandale

The Nov. 5 election is less than three weeks away, and some people have already voted. If you’re still undecided, come to a candidates meet-and-greet event tonight at Annandale United Methodist Church, 6935 Columbia Pike, 7-9 p.m.

The forum is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area and the Mason District Council of Community Associations. Following an introductory statement by each candidate, there will be a question-and-answer session.

The following candidates have agreed to appear:

For Fairfax County sheriff: Stacey Kincaid (D), Christopher DeCarlo (I), Bryan Wolfe (R), and Robert Rivera (I).

For the House of Delegates:
38th District—Kaye Kory* (D) and James Leslie (IG).
39th District—Vivian Watts* (D).
49th District—Alfonso Lopez* (D) and Terrence Modglin (I/G).
53rd District—Marcus Simon (D), W. Brad Tidwell (R), and Anthony Tellez (L).
