Menchie’s opens in Annandale Thursday
Menchie’s,
the frozen yogurt place at Pinecrest Plaza (6550F Little River Turnpike, Annandale), opens for business
this Thursday, Nov. 15. Menchie’s
is a self-service operation where you choose a yogurt or sorbet flavor
and add toppings, such as fruit, candy pieces, sprinkles, and sauces.

Grand
opening festivities take place on Saturday, Nov. 24, with a ribbon-cutting
ceremony, free frozen yogurt for the first two hours (11 a.m.-1 p.m.), and free
T-shirts to the first 50 guests. A balloon artist and the shop’s mascot,
Menchie, will be on hand to entertain kids.

plushie dolls, color-in T-shirts, and face painting at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25. - Fill
your cup for $1, Monday, Nov. 26, 5-6 p.m. - Kids
eat free, Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2-4 p.m. - Half-off
prices on Wednesday, Nov. 2 - 81, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Free
dodge balls, Thursday, Nov. 29, 3 p.m. - Date
night—buy one, get one free—Friday, Nov. 30, 8 p.m. until closing.
