Michael Yohe appointed principal of Falls Church High School
Michael Yohe has been appointed principal of Falls Church High School, effective July 29, states James Kacur, Cluster 2 assistant superintendent for Fairfax County Public Schools. Yohe takes over from former Principal Cathy Benner, who was appointed principal of Osbourn High School in Manassas in June.
Yohe had been assistant principal at Falls Church High School and before that, served as assistant principal at James Madison High School and South Lakes High School. He has more than 25 years of service in Fairfax County as a teacher and administrator. He has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s in educational leadership and school administration from George Mason University.
