Mochi donut shop to open in Annandale

Mochi donuts, one of the hot food trends of 2021, is coming
to Annandale. Dragon Mochi Donut will be one of the vendors in the food court
inside the new K Market international supermarket set to open soon on John Marr
Drive.
Mochi is a kind of sticky, sweet cake made from rice.
The K Market, in the former Kmart building, is nearly completed; the shopping carts are
already lined up in front. Dragon Mochi Donut’s Instagram account says, “We hope
to see you at the end of the month!” Meanwhile, the shop is offering contests
and giveaways.
