Navy Federal to open in Barcroft Plaza

The Navy Federal Branch in the Annandale Shopping Center.

Navy Federal Credit Union is opening a branch at Barcroft
Plaza on Columbia Pike. It is expected to open in late summer, between the ABC
store and Subway. This will be Navy Federals 18th branch in Northern Virginia.

  1. The new branch is about a mile from the current branch in the Annandale Shopping Center. What's with that? – Sparky

    1. Maybe they will close the the one next to Aldi. Be grateful a DMV or a TitleMax is not moving in. I wish we could get another restaurant and have better outdoor eating choices.

    2. Yeah for real, it’s apparently really hard to do outdoor seating at restaurants in ffx, would love a place to sit outdoors on a nice day.

    3. The branches are 2 miles apart. Maybe there are enough members to keep both branches busy. NFCU is the largest credit union in the US. I have also seen what appears to be construction going on at the Annandale branch. Makes you wonder how this will turn out.

  2. The new place is very nice, but some employees are very rude. They were training some new employee and made us wait for a long time without even looking at us. At least they could have said "sorry for the waiting". They treated us as if we were not there.
