Loopys offers fast-casual “Seoul food.”
Tan-Cha, a tea shop specializing in foam, fruit, and traditional teas is coming to the Bradlick Shopping Center in Annandale.

It’s going into the space between Gold’s Gym and the UPS Store.

The future home of Tan Cha.

The menu has such drinks as uji matcha with cheese foam, brulee milk tea with boba, strawberry smoothie, uji green milk tea, and frothy matcha cappuccino.

Since the first Tan-Cha shop opened in California in 2017, the chain has grown to include eight shops in that state and one in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Loopy’s Eatery, a fast-casual restaurant featuring “straight up Seoul food,” opened in July in the space former Thai By Thai space.

Loopy’s recently opened for indoor dining. Customers order at a counter, choosing an entrée (bibim bop bowl, platter, burrito/tostada, tacos, or French fry bowl); choose a protein (beef, spicy pork, chicken, tofu, or shrimp); and a sauce. There are also a few specials on the menu (such as cheesesteak and kalbi) and appetizers.

The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily and is closed on Sundays. It’s an outgrowth of the Loopy’s food truck, which was launched in 2015.
