Loopy’s Eatery, a fast-casual restaurant featuring “straight up Seoul food,” opened in July in the space former Thai By Thai space.
Loopy’s recently opened for indoor dining. Customers order at a counter, choosing an entrée (bibim bop bowl, platter, burrito/tostada, tacos, or French fry bowl); choose a protein (beef, spicy pork, chicken, tofu, or shrimp); and a sauce. There are also a few specials on the menu (such as cheesesteak and kalbi) and appetizers.
The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily and is closed on Sundays. It’s an outgrowth of the Loopy’s food truck, which was launched in 2015.
