New Vietnamese restaurant on Annandale Road

Bếp Viết, the brand-new Vietnamese restaurant at 3000 Annandale Road, features the cuisine of Hanoi. The restaurant is in the space formerly occupied by the Little Dipper Hot Pot.

Bếp Viết has a soft opening last week with a limited menu, featuring such items as Hanoi-style grilled pork, spicy beef soup, pork belly stew in coconut juice, and curry chicken.

More selections will be added, including more seafood and carmelized entrees, says manager Rose Pham.

Bếp Viết means Vietnamese kitchen.
